FAQs

1How are you keeping the event COVID 19 secure?

2Do you have hand sanitiser at the event?

Yes, we have dedicated hand gel stations positioned throughout the event, as well as hand gel stations throughout the NEC atrium ad concourse.

 

3Do I have to wear a mask?

Wearing a mask is now a personal choice, so please respect individuals’ decisions. 

 

4Do I have to be vaccinated to attend the event?

In line with NEC Group rules, visitors should come to the show prepared to show proof of their Covid-19 status.*

 

The accepted methods of showing COVID-status are as follows:

 

  • NHS Covid-19 Pass via the NHS App or a paper copy. (It is advised individuals apply no later than 48 hours before attending their event to allow for the application to be processed in time.)
  • Lateral flow or PCR negative test results text or e-mail received within 72 hours prior to attending the event.
  • Proof of immunity shown by a positive PCR test result for Covid-19, lasting for 180 days from the date of the positive test and following completion of the self-isolation period.
  • If visitors would prefer not to use the NHS App or do not have a smartphone, they can obtain an NHS COVID-19 Pass letter (proving vaccination status only) by calling 119 or visiting the NHS website.

 

5Can I print my ticket at home?

All attendees are required to print badges at event. Contactless printing facilities available at registration, please have your barcode from your confirmation email ready.

 

6Will catering be available?

Yes, catering will be available in the café within the event hall and within the NEC’s foyer. Please click here for more information.

 

7Is there a sit down café inside?

Yes, there is a sit-down café within the event hall.

 

8Can I use cash at the event?

We are a cashless event and ask all attendees to bring a contactless payment method where possible to reduce contact.

 

9Will toilets be available?

Yes, toilets will be available within the event hall and throughout the NEC.

 

10Is there disability access?

The organisers have made their best endeavours to be DDA compliant. We also ask each exhibitor to make their stand DDA compliant when they submit their stand designs. If you have any concerns about accessibility at the event, please contact us.

 

11Is there a disabled car park?

Yes, there is disabled car park at the NEC please click here to book your spot.

 

12Will there be seminars this year?

Yes, we have 3 seminar theatres that will follow government guidelines. There is no booking system in place so you can just turn up to the seminars, however there will be seating capacities so we encourage you to use the agenda ahead of time to plan the sessions you'd like to attend and arrive promptly. There will also be standing room if seats are taken as they are open theatres and not behind closed doors.

 

13Can I bring a dog?

No dogs will be prohibited at the event (expect for guide dogs, hearing dogs and registered assistance dogs) and, for the avoidance of doubt, should not be left in any vehicle parked at the event.

 

14Can I bring my child?

No, children under the age of 16 are not permitted due to the nature of the event.

 

15Is there free car parking at the event?

No, however the NEC parking policy can be found here.

 

16Do you offer electric car parking?
